On the Roby Holistic Healing Course you will gain a variety of skills and techniques for life.

You will learn about a healthy, balanced diet, how it affects not only the body but the mind as well.

Learn excellent relaxation methods that you will be able to use at home.

We will look at health and exercise, learning how exercise affects mood and different levels of exercise to suit all abilities.

You will learn the Emotional Freedom Technique, which is growing in popularity, has excellent results and is easy to use.

We will explore assertiveness skills and learn how to tell the difference between passive, aggressive and assertive behaviours.

Find out how to manage anger and communicate more effectively.

You will be introduced to Ecotherapy and discover the different ways nature can be used as a tool for better health.

Total: 8 Sessions

Group members are encouraged to attend all 8 sessions.

Members will be awarded with a certificate on completion of the course.

Availability is limited to 8 places on each course.
