“Old people moan all the time and only talk about the war”
These are widely held misconceptions that we know aren’t true and we’ve created a radio project to prove it.

By bringing people under 25 and over 50 together to share their skills and experiences we will dispel these myths and bring about a better understanding of different generations in our local community.
We’re creating a new team of people who will create radio content around issues affecting the older and younger member of our community.

You don’t need any previous radio experience, and you don’t have to talk on air as we need producers, researchers, reporters and even someone to make the tea!
You do need a willingness to work with people from a generation different to yours, to gain new friends and have fun in the safe, diverse environment that we’ve created here at AllFM.
